That famous three sided building. Why three sides? Manhattan is divided with Avenues going north to south and Streets going east to west. The street Broadway is crossing this pattern diagonally going from north west down to south east hence the three sided house. This is of course not a practice at all these crossings but at least one guy saw the possibility.
